Dixons Carphone needed a 'technical bridge' between their marketing and e-commerce teams to learn if their marketing efforts were successful.


Our involvement

DixonsCarphone leveraged our technical expertise in web technologies to consult on their implementation of experimental endeavours. They needed to know how their experiments affected user behaviour in order to convert to purchases and how to do this without degrading user experiences.

We translated the marketing team's specifications into metrics for data collection with seamless integration into their site with Adobe's suite of analytics packages. Through our knowledge, we were able to enrich their user data collection giving the analytics teams broad and deep user information.

We also needed to follow GDPR guidelines of which we streamlined and updated their existing analytics scripts to be compliant and fast.
